What is your policy if a plant arrives damaged?

We offer a 30-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant arrives in poor condition or is damaged during transit, simply send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will ship a replacement immediately.

Do you provide care instructions for every plant?

Yes, every Plantify Garden order includes a digital care guide tailored to your specific species, covering light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity tips to help your new plant thrive.

How long does delivery typically take?

Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary by location but generally range from 3 to 7 business days to ensure the plants spend the least amount of time in transit.

Are your pots and planters included with the plants?

Plants are shipped in their nursery grow pots unless you choose to add one of our decorative ceramic or terracotta planters to your order at checkout.
